Johnny was very responsive until he got my payment. I literally had to call him for any information after that, even for my actual cards and policy. I still haven't received the policy. He told me they would be mailed to me and couldn't provide them via email, they still haven't arrived. I've asked for my Roadside assistance info, no response. I'm now questioning the validity of the policy. I went into the office and conveniently, he transferred to a location "far away". I found out that they used to operate as Sameday Insurance, had I known I would have never gotten a policy with them this time. When they were same-day insurance they made multiple unauthorized charges and I was forced to cancel the whole policy. A-maxx is A-Sketchy business.
Johnny Saravia was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Within pretty much an hour of contacting me he had found me a quote, explained the pricing breakdown, and set me up with the coverage I needed. Everything was very easy and convenient. Ask for Johnny if your looking for friendly service!

Terrible customer service! I called 2 times to make a payment and immediately I was put on hold and disconnected both times. The third time I finally connected with someone and got it done. BUT! Every representative had a bad attitude and was nonchalant. I guess because it’s close to the lunch hour. Don’t know.
CALLED TO RENEW MY POLICY THIS OFFICE IS NO HELP. 1. THEY HUNG UP 2. THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO VOICEMAIL THEN 3. THE PERSON WHO FINALLY ANSWERED SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 3 YEARS AND IM CANCELING MY POLICY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Christian Zuniga did a really great job. He placed an auto policy for me. Christian is intelligent, knows his product well and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Do not hesitate to call and ask for him by name. You can trust him.
Sal is the best agent ever! His always available for any questions I might have with my policy. I’ve been with Sameday insurance for years and won’t change it at all! Most of all best rates!! If you need car insurance his the agent you need to call Sal!!
